Glossenhancen is our multi use protective coating coating. You can use it as a multi-year standalone coating for protecting your vehicle's paint, plastics and glass against the elements. Or combine it with any protective/ceramic coating on the market to increase dry and cure times to have the vehicle rain ready in less than an hour! Yes you heard that right - a coating that is rain ready in one hour that lasts for multiple years.

Glossenhancen is super easy to use, load up you pad with product (we don't count drops, use enough to wet your pad), and slather it all over the desired surface to be protected. Wait a minimum of 7 minutes before removing the residue with clean new microfiber towels. **

Glossenhancen can also be used to tackle high spots that "ceramic" coatings are known to leave behind. Just apply a little Glossenhancen over the fresh high spot, work it into the area for about 30 seconds and buff clean.

Is The Glossenhancen like a ceramic coating?

Yes, it's similar: it beads water, it is glossy and it offers protection from the elements. However, as we listen to the market and adapt to fix the most critical pain points, we make it way easier to install, which in turn makes it more affordable for both the installer and the customer.

How difficult is it to apply The Glossenhancen?

How long do I need to wait before applying The Glossenhancen on top of another coating?

No need to wait, you can apply it immediately!

How many cars can I coat with 30ml of The Glossenhancen?

The Glossenhancen can cover up to 2 standard-size cars and mid-size SUVs. For Full-size and large SUVs and trucks, one bottle will cover the entire vehicle.

Can The Glossenhancen be applied to the interior?

Yes! The Glossenhancen protects well on all surfaces including paint, plastics, metal and glass. However, it is not advised to use it on fabrics.

What happens if it rains immediately after I coat my vehicle?

No worries! The Glossenhancen is fully ready for rain after only one hour. 

How often do I have to reapply this coating?

This is totally dependent on the wear and tear that your vehicle experiences and how well you take care of it. Most users see multiple years before needing to reapply, but again it is completely dependent on aftercare.

How long will my car be protected?

The Glossenhancen will last as long as it is maintained, depending on how you take care of the vehicle. The best way to do that is to bucket wash it once a week. If you can’t bucket wash it, use a touchless drive-through car wash, and if neither of those two is an option for you, then a contact drive-through car wash is also ok, just expect a reduction in the coating’s longevity.

Is there specific maintenance that I need to keep doing or is it just set-it-and-forget-it?

It can definitely be a set-it-and-forget-it, however, to get the maximum performance and longevity, the following is recommended:

1. Regular car washes with our Soap and a soft wash mitt.
2. Regular usage of our Quick Detail, a product that can add some slickness and hydrophobicity for those looking to get the most out of their coating.

What happens if I no longer want the coating on my vehicle?

You are stuck with it forever! Joking aside, a quick polish will remove the coating. From there you can reapply the coating or carry on with raw, boring paint.

Do I need to be trained and certified to apply this coating?

No, of course not! That's another perk of Undrdog, we listened to the market and made an easy-to-apply and highly effective single-layer coating that just about anyone can do. One of many ways we are saving you money and time.

Can I apply The Glossenhancen to vinyl?

Yes, absolutely, you can! The Glossenhancen absorbs into the vinyl and seals it from stains, and sun fade. The coating will also make cleaning and drying a breeze.

Can I apply The Glossenhancen to matte or satin finishes?

Yes! A common question we get asked is will it make the finish glossy. The simple answer is no, it will enrich the matte or satin finish but it will not make it glossy. It looks very nice:

 

Can I apply wrap or stickers over the coating?

Typically not, because the coating has anti-stick properties, and it's typical for wraps or stickers to delaminate if applied over the coating. We recommend getting your wrap or stickers applied before applying The Glossenhancen.

Do I really need to wear gloves and proper safety gear?

Yes, when working with any chemical including ours you should wear gloves and respiratory wear. No two bodies are alike and it is better to be safe than sorry. 

What is the shelf life of The Glossenhancen?

If stored in a cool, dry location with the lid tightly closed, an unopened bottle of The Glossenhancen can last up to 2 years while an open bottle lasts up to a year.
