Fulfillment Times

Same-Day Fulfillment: Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 pm Central Time (CT) are usually fulfilled the same business day.

After 12:00 pm CT: Orders placed later in the day will be fulfilled the next business day.

Additional Handling: It may take up to 1 extra business day after fulfillment for your order to ship from our warehouse.

Carrier Options
USPS
- Applies to USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.

Processing & Ship-Out: Typically 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 pm CT are often fulfilled the same day, but may require up to 1 additional day to leave our facility.

Transit Times: Shown at checkout but not guaranteed.

Pickups: USPS pickup times vary; occasionally, they may miss pickup. If that happens, your order will ship the next business day.
UPS
- Applies to UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Air.

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 pm CT ship the same business day.

After 12:00 pm CT: Orders ship the next business day.

Late Same-Day: Call us before 2:00 pm CT at (888) 574-4257, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Transit Times: Generally more reliable than USPS.
⚠️ Note: UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays.
UPS Ground Transit Times
UPS Ground delivers in 1–5 business days depending on distance from our warehouse in Frisco, Texas (ZIP 75034):

1 Business Day: Most of Texas and parts of neighboring states (e.g. Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas).

2 Business Days: Surrounding regions in the central U.S. and parts of the South.

3 Business Days: Midwest and Southeast states.

4–5 Business Days: East Coast, West Coast, and farther destinations.

Paid Shipping Orders: Always prioritized first and fulfilled first.

Free Shipping Orders: Ship within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, these may take the full 2 business days to process and ship.

Free Shipping Promotion: Orders placed online over $300.00 qualify for free shipping (applies to standard ground service only).
Delivery Times
- Transit times are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your package leaves our facility, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier.

🌺🌈 Hawaii Orders

Same-Day Pickup & Delivery (Kauai): We offer same-day pickup and delivery on Kauai. After your order is placed, we will reach out — often the same day — to coordinate pickup or delivery.

Free Shipping: All orders to Hawaii ship free of charge.

Fulfillment Location:
- If Free Shipping is shown at checkout, your order will ship from our Hawaii location.
- If only paid shipping options are shown, it means your order is being fulfilled from our Texas warehouse due to limited availability in Hawaii.

Transit Times: Orders shipped from Hawaii generally deliver faster. If shipped from Texas, transit times follow UPS Ground or USPS estimates.
🛍️ Local Pickup (Frisco, TX)
- Available free of charge, Monday–Friday, 7 am to 2 pm CT.
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm CT are usually ready the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT on Friday or over the weekend are ready at 9 am Monday.
- You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.
👕 Undrdog Merch
- Merch items are drop-shipped by third-party providers.

- Ships separately from your main order, typically via USPS.
📦 Wholesale & Large Orders
- Wholesale, high-volume, personalized, or custom-configured orders may take longer to fulfill.
- We’ll notify you by email if fulfillment or shipping times differ from what was confirmed.
🌍 International Shipping
- We ship worldwide — anywhere UPS delivers.
- Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Canada: Order directly through our distributor at getcoated.ca to avoid brokerage fees and import duties.

Netherlands: Order directly through our distributor at undrdog.nl for local shipping and no import fees.
