Isooctane (2,2,4-trimethylpentane), carrier solvent; proprietary film-forming resin (specific identity withheld as a trade secret under 29 CFR 1910.1200(i)).

Precautions
Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Do not breathe vapors or mist. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection. Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Avoid release to the environment. Store locked up in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place; the product reacts with water and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
First Aid
IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower. If skin irritation or rash occurs, get medical advice. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. In case of fire: Use dry chemical, carbon dioxide, or alcohol-resistant foam. Do not use water. Poison Control (USA, 24 h): 1-800-222-1222.
